This is an action game in which players help mercenaries track down a missing girl for a Triad leader in Hong Kong. Players explore various locations while using pistols, machine guns, and shotguns to kill mutated creatures and human enemies. Combat is highlighted by realistic gunfire, cries of pain, and blood-splatter effects. One level depicts zombie-like creatures with missing heads and limbs; one cutscene depicts a character's arm sliced off. The game depicts a character with partially exposed buttocks in the shower. The dialogue includes the word “sh*t.”
