Rating Summary
This is an action-adventure role-playing game set in an alternate version of the Soviet Union in 1955. Players battle robots and mutant creatures while trying to uncover conspiracies. Players use machine guns, shotguns, axes, and special skills (e.g., bursts of ice, electricity) to kill various enemies (e.g., androids, mutated human enemies). Fighting is often fast-paced, highlighted by realistic gunfire, cries of pain, explosions, and large blood-splatter effects. A handful of intense sequences depict players being attacked by an enemy (e.g., players repeatedly stabbed, with blood effects). Some cutscenes depict close-up views of severed heads or headless corpses; one sequence depicts a soldier dramatically cut in half by a laser. The game depicts instances of nudity (e.g., topless/partially nude female figures, with pasties covering nipples). During the course of the game, players can obtain and drink bottles of vodka, resulting in screen-blurring effects, impaired movements/aiming. The words “f**k” and “sh*t” appear in the game.
