Outer Wilds: Archaeologist Edition is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference and Fantasy Violence. This is an adventure game in which players assume the role of an astronaut searching for answers while exploring a doomed alien galaxy. From a first-person perspective, players pilot their spaceship, interact with aliens, and solve puzzles while traversing planet surfaces. Though infrequent, players' death can occur somewhat dramatically: getting swallowed by a giant monster; suffocation in space; getting crushed by falling sand. One line of dialogue briefly mentions wine (e.g., "...their stomachs are strong enough to drink sap wine.”).
