Rating Summary
This is a simulation game in which players create, customize, and control characters called “Sims” through their daily activities. Players can pursue a variety of goals as they observe and interact with other Sims in town. Players can build relationships and are able to pursue more intimate encounters such as the ability to flirt, kiss, hug, or engage in “Woo Hoo” or “Try for Baby” (i.e., sex) with another Sim: these actions depict Sims squirming, giggling, and moaning under the covers until hearts float around the bed. Sims can also engage in these activities while in a hot tub; characters embrace and pop their heads in and out from under the water while giggling and moaning. Sims maintain their health and hygiene through eating, exercising, bathing, and using the toilet; they are sometimes depicted vomiting or urinating on themselves if hygiene is not properly managed. Some interactions lead to fighting, which is depicted by impact/struggling sounds and a “fight-cloud” effect. Other actions result in Sims being electrocuted by appliances, being eaten by a carnivorous plant, or dying in fires.
