Rating Summary

Midnight Club Los Angeles is an open-world racing game in which players control various vehicles (beater cars, roadsters, sports cars, etc.) while competing against other players in a realistic depiction of the city of Los Angeles. Players can drive in timed races, one-on-one street races, or checkpoint races, while running over various objects (e.g., street lamps, mailboxes, pay phones, fire hydrants) along the way. In one mode called 'payback,' players win cash/points for damaging other vehicles. Billboards in the city depict women in various provocative poses or contain sexual references (e.g., "Live Nude – GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS," "STRIP CLUB"). Some song lyrics contain specific references to violence (e.g., "Put a gun in my mouth" and "I put chuck's on her throat") and drugs (e.g., "They sell drugs in the hood," "I need my fix," and "roll that…white carpet to the hood"). Certain song lyrics contain partial edits or profanity such as "f*ck," "n*ggas," and "sh*t."
