This is a seek-and-find adventure game in which players assume the role of a woman attempting to solve a mystery about vampires. Players search for specific items among scenes of jumbled objects, and occasionally engage in puzzle mini-games. One cutscene depicts the central character being hit on the head from behind then regaining consciousness in a jail cell. Several scenes depict blood viles and blood bags (i.e., IV packets). Among the dozens of searchable objects, a few of them are alcohol products (e.g., beer can).
