This is a stealth-action game in which players assume the role of a Russian spy during World War II. Players engage in covert missions, gather military intelligence, and kill enemy targets throughout the game. Targets are killed in a variety of ways: players shoot soldiers and professors, stab enemies from behind, slip people poison, and crush them with large objects. Players have the ability to kill innocent bystanders as well, but they receive lower scores for killing unnecessarily. Blood spurts emit from injured characters and sometimes stain the walls and floors; post-mortem damage can also induce more blood spray. In one mission, players will encounter several women dressed in revealing lingerie and garter belts. Many of the women call out to the fully-clothed soldiers, dance provocatively, and kiss other men. Soldiers can occasionally be heard shouting German and English profanities (e.g., "sch*esse" and "son of a b*tch").
