SAEKO: Giantess Dating Sim is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood, Fantasy Violence, Sexual Themes, and Strong Language. This is a narrative-driven horror game in which players assume the role of a woman kidnapped by a giant. Players must survive by performing tasks and interacting with other kidnapped victims. By completing certain actions, players can influence which victim the giant will consume and/or crush with their finger/hand. Pixelated blood appears on the giant's hand when victims are killed. The dialogue in the game contains references to sexual material (e.g., “He'd stuck his thing through the hole in my worn-out jeans”; “We were f**king”; “her hand touches me…A very important part of me”; “How was it sleeping with me?”). The word “f**k” appears in the game.
