Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes

Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Violence. This is a VR game in which players control a young character called Dark Six as she explores locations, solves puzzles, and flees/hides from various threats from a first-person perspective. Traps can include scary lights, bear traps, and a tall character that chases and grabs players' character. Players can also trigger traps that injure/kill hostile entities (e.g., crushing an enemy under a large object). Frightening jump scares can also occur, with disturbing imagery and sounds—Dark Six cries out briefly when grabbed or injured/killed before gameplay resets. Several environments contain other disturbing imagery, such as dolls hanging from ceilings, pinned to walls, decapitated, and/or tied to stakes.
