Rating Summary
Ghost Master: Resurrection is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Fantasy Violence, Mild Language, and Suggestive Themes. This is a strategy game in which players command ghosts to haunt various locations in order to accomplish tasks/guide characters and events (e.g., uncovering a corpse; releasing demons/spirits). From a top-down perspective, players click through menus as they manage resources and solve puzzles. The game contains some instances of violence: ghosts scaring human characters; players' character setting enemies on fire and/or electrocuting them. Some scare commands can include “gushing blood” or “seeping blood,” resulting in red blood pouring from showerheads and/or pooling on floors. The game contains some suggestive material: androgynous ghosts designed to appear nude-like; dialogue such as " “Middle daughter...has become quite the looker since she hit puberty” and “Dr. [G] is a compulsive womanizer and is having an affair with about half the nurses in the hospital.”). The word “b*tchy” appears in the game.
