High On Life 2

High On Life 2 is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, and Use of Drugs and Alcohol. This is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of an alien bounty hunter battling an evil pharmaceutical conglomerate. Players use various firearms and knives made of alien creatures (sometimes alien organs) to kill human and alien enemies in frenetic combat. Fighting is highlighted by cries of pain, explosions, gunfire, and frequent blood-splatter effects. Some weapons cause enemies' heads to explode; several scenes depict alien limbs and/or organs. The game includes live-action movie scenes depicting intense violence and/or gore: a character split in half; a person shooting themselves in the head; a person falling and impaled on a metal rod. Horror movie footage also includes sexual content: exposed breasts and/or buttocks; a topless woman posing for photos; characters engaging in sexual acts (obscured), with thrusting movements and moaning sounds. One scene depicts a character ingesting cocaine; another sequence depicts players' character consuming alcohol, resulting in screen blur/distortion. The word “f**k” appears in the game.
