Blood: Refreshed Supply

Blood: Refreshed Supply is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Language. This is a first-person shooter with horror elements in which players assume the role of a resurrected gunslinger seeking revenge. Players explore levels, collect keys, search for switches, and battle various enemies (e.g., zombies, cultists) in frenetic combat. Players use pitchforks, shotguns, flamethrowers, and magic to kill enemies. Some attacks result in decapitation and/or dismemberment, accompanied by blood-splatter effects and gore that stain/litter the environment. Several areas depict mutilated corpses, with limbless bodies and/or severed limbs hanging from ceilings/walls. In one level, players are encouraged to kick enemies' severed heads on the ground. One cutscene depicts a character removing and consuming the heart from another's torso, with guts and viscera exposed. The words “a*shole” and “sh*t” appear in the game.
