Tormented Souls 2

Tormented Souls 2 is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Partial Nudity, and Strong Language. This is a survival-horror game in which players help a woman rescue her sister from a cult in a remote town. From a third-person perspective, players explore abandoned convents, schools, and plants while solving puzzles and searching for clues. Along the way, players can encounter and kill mutated creatures by using nail guns and shotguns. Combat is accompanied by realistic gunfire, cries of pain, and large blood-splatter effects. A handful of areas depict corpses with exposed entrails and viscera; large bloodstains, severed limbs, and human organs also appear in environments. Cutscenes also depict intense acts of violence: a man embedding a cleaver in a character's head; a woman flung and impaled on spikes. In one sequence, a nude woman inside a test chamber is seen with exposed breasts and groin area—though no genitalia are depicted. The word “f**k” is heard in the game.
