This is an action-strategy game in which players control characters from the Dragon Ball series in 4 vs 4 team combat matches. From a ¾-overhead perspective, players use melee attacks as well as swords, blasters/guns, and blasts of energy to defeat opponents. Combat can be frenetic, highlighted by cries of pain, explosions, and slashing/impact sounds. Some attacks result in brief, close-up cutscenes of characters repeatedly punching each other. Realistic gunfire occurs on occasion. The words “a*s,” "p*ss," and “bastard” appear in the game.
