Rating Summary
Cattle Country is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Fantasy Violence, Mild Language, and Use of Alcohol and Tobacco. This is an adventure farming game in which players assume the role of a pioneer starting a new life in the West. Players grow and harvest crops, raise livestock, interact with townspeople, and take on bandits. When encountering bandits, players can choose to pay bandits to leave them alone or fight them (timed button prompts to shoot them). Some missions require players to shoot small, pixelated bandits. Players' character can brew, purchase, and consume alcohol (e.g., beer, wine, whiskey), sometimes resulting in a “Sluggish” effect for several in-game minutes. One character can be seen smoking a cigarette. The word “damn” appears in the game.
