Luck Be A Landlord

This is a strategy/deck-building game in which players repeatedly spin a fantasy slot machine to pay rent and defeat a landlord. Players select symbols to add to the machine and earn coins based on those symbols' interactions. Symbols can be destroyed in various ways (e.g., by guillotine, mined, consumed), resulting in their disappearance from the slot machine. Text describes landlords' defeats in various scenarios (e.g., “Sent to the guillotine”; "Burned at the stake”; "Shot with arrows”); a statistics screen also contains references to violence (e.g., “Guillotined: 37 billionaires”; “Murder charges: 142 humans”; “Landlord executions: 7”). Some symbols reference alcohol (e.g., “Beer”; “Wine”; “Happy Hour”) and are depicted with small illustrations of frothy mugs and/or bottles.
