BAKERU

BAKERU is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Fantasy Violence. This is an action-adventure game in which players battle evil spirits attempting to take over Japan. From a third-person perspective, players traverse whimsical platform environments while collecting coins and battling fantasy creatures (e.g., enemy blobs, spirits). Players mostly use drumsticks and special skills (e.g., hurricane attacks) to defeat enemies in melee-style combat; some characters use fishing poles or blasters to attack enemies. One-on-one kaiju battles depict giant robots using lasers to defeat monsters. Fighting is highlighted by screen-shaking effects and explosions.
