Jagged Alliance 3

Jagged Alliance 3 is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Drug Reference, Sexual Themes, Strong Language, and Violence. This is a turn-based tactical game in which players control mercenaries trying to rescue the president of a fictional nation. From a ¾-overhead perspective, players move characters around battlefields, using turn-based tactics against enemy soldiers/bandits. Characters use machine guns, sniper rifles, and explosives to kill enemies; combat is highlighted by gunfire, explosions, cries of pain, and splatters of blood. Blood also appears under wounded or deceased characters, and one weapon causes enemies' heads to explode. During the course of the game, players can talk to/interact with madams and prostitutes in brothels; banter can include references to sexuality (e.g., “[S]tay away from Mole's filthy h*es. You will catch something nasty”; “Want to write a story with a happy ending on me?”). Characters sometimes reference an illegal (fictional) street drug called Diesel, and one character repeatedly references drug use (e.g., “I just can't remember sh*t since I snorted some weird powder..."; “Is that it…Here, help me find a vein”). The words “f**k” and “sh*t” appear in the game.
