Skull Island: Rise of Kong

Skull Island: Rise of Kong is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Fantasy Violence. This is an action-adventure game in which players control a young Kong as he battles various creatures and seeks personal vengeance. Players traverse 3D environments, explore Skull Island, and fight various enemies (e.g., lizards, dinosaurs, birds) in melee-style combat. Players mostly punch, throw, and crush enemies; a handful of sequences allow players to use trees/branches as weapons. Boss battles depict more prolonged fights against large-scale enemies (e.g., giant crabs, sand serpents). Combat is highlighted by punching sounds, light effects, and bone-crunching sound effects. Players have the ability to execute finishing moves on larger creatures close to death; these more focused acts depict dramatic neck snapping, stomping, and jaw breaking of creatures.
