Scorn

This is a first-person horror game in which players explore a nightmarish world while fighting for survival. Players explore maze-like environments, solve puzzles, and defeat creatures by using biomechanical weapons (e.g., melee weapons, pistol- and shotgun-like weapons, grenade launchers). Battles are highlighted by gunfire, cries of pain, and large blood-splatter effects. Cutscenes depict further instances of intense violence and blood/gore: a large creature's stomach bursting, with entrails and viscera depicted; part of a creature's body being cut off; a small creature crushed in a machine after being shot; hanging limbs and body parts in several environments; a character's stomach torn open from a first-person perspective; a character repeatedly stabbed and slashed, with blood-splatter effects. The game contains some sexual material: nude statues depicted in sexual positions; a male character with exposed genitalia.
