NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Awakening is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference, Mild Language, and Mild Violence. Also includes In-Game Purchases. This is a strategy/simulation game in which players develop and guide their clan to conquer territory in feudal Japan. From a top-down perspective, players maneuver soldiers on battlefield maps while commanding them to invade surrounding areas. Zoomed-in views depict human figures using blades, arrows, and guns during combat; corpses can be seen on the battlefields. Some cutscenes depict soldiers shooting at charging enemies; captured enemy officers can be recruited, released, or executed (not depicted). The dialogue references sake, wine, drinking contests, and drunkenness. The word “bastard” appears in the game.
