Lord Winklebottom Investigates

Lord Winklebottom Investigates is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, Mild Language, Suggestive Themes, and Use of Alcohol and Tobacco. This is a point-and-click adventure game in which players assume the role of a giraffe detective investigating a murder. As players progress through the narrative, they can explore a mansion, interact with suspects/witnesses, and search for clues to solve the mystery. Some interactions can lead to instances of violence: a frog pointing a gun towards the screen; a slug character melting from exposure to salt water. One sequence depicts small blood stains on a doctor's apron after an autopsy (not depicted). The game contains some suggestive material in the dialogue (e.g., “You were in a dirty movie”; "...[T]here's a nude fellow in a bath.”); a character in a bubble bath shown on a movie reel. The giraffe detective can be seem smoking a pipe, and other characters sometimes consume beer and rum. The words “damn” and “hell” are heard in the game.
