Radiant Tale

Radiant Tale is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Fantasy Violence, Mild Language, and Use of Alcohol. This is a visual novel in which players follow a girl through her adventures after joining a circus troupe. As players follow the fantasy story, they can make occasional dialogue/action choices that influence the direction/outcome of the plot. A handful of sequences contain violence/blood, mostly conveyed through game text and sound effects: a character stopping a spear with his hand (cry of pain, wet sound effects); a large blood splatter in a room; characters with blood-splattered clothing; a character landing a punch; a murder confession. A tavern scene contains audio of a drunken patron hiccupping and slurring; one main character sometimes discusses alcohol (e.g., “Gimme the good ole booze, my booze!”). The words “p*sses me off” and “bastard” appear in the game.
