Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo

This is a narrative adventure game in which players follow several characters through an interconnected story. As players progress through each character's story, they can make dialogue choices and follow onscreen prompts to perform actions. Some actions can lead to intense acts of violence: a character shooting a man in the head at close range; a man threatening to cut off a bound character's fingers for information; a character shoving a person off a building; a man shooting himself in the head (offscreen); a character harming herself repeatedly with a rock—blood is sometimes depicted in these sequences. The game contains some sexual material: one character's objective states “Get him drunk”, “Seduce him”, “F**k him”; dialogue/text stating, “Buy cheap 90's slut outfit”; “Did you talk about the pill”; and “When you slept together the first night, she said she was on birth control, didn't she?” The game contains several sequences of a character using crushed pills and/or narcotics to intentionally spike a character's drink. The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” are heard in the game.
