Rating Summary
This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of a former military commander attempting to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. From a third-person perspective, players interact with characters, perform missions, and battle various enemies (e.g., aliens, mutants, rival humans) in melee-style combat. Players use blades, crowbars, arrows, magic, and guns to defeat enemies; battles are frenetic, highlighted by impact sounds, cries of pain, and blood-splatter effects. Some environments depict severed hands and decapitated heads, as well as large pools of blood; one quest prompts players to retrieve a troll head from a pile of body parts and blood. A handful of areas depict female figures dancing provocatively on poles; dialogue also contains some suggestive material (e.g., “You totally c*ckblocked me”; “I always wondered how a freaky fanatic would be in the sheets”; “You'd think she'd be better in bed, with the mouth she has on her…”). The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” appear in the game.
