This is a racing game in which players compete against pod racers in the Galactic Podracing Circuit within the Star Wars universe. Players choose from a selection of pilots as they race across alien planets to win money. The game's opening sequence depicts a racer intentionally slamming another racer into a wall, causing their vehicle to explode.
