Rating Summary
Wallachia: Reign of Dracula is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Mild Suggestive Themes, and Violence. This is an action platformer in which players assume the role of a character on a quest for revenge against Vlad Dracula. From a side-scrolling perspective, players traverse the land of Wallachia and battle various enemies (e.g., Romanian archers, knights, soldiers) in frenetic combat. Players mostly use a bow to kill enemies, and a sword to slash soldiers and deflect incoming attacks. Combat is accompanied by cries of pain and impact sound effects. Some environments depict soldiers impaled on large spikes, with bloodstains; one level depicts severed heads and decapitated bodies in the background. The game contains some suggestive material: a menu screen depicting a woman in a provocative pose; female characters wearing low-cut outfits that reveal large amounts of cleavage; camera angles that occasionally focus on cleavage.
