Port Royale 4

This is a strategy game in which players manage the economic and industrial growth of a colony. From an overhead perspective, players establish trade routes, build infrastructure, and engage in naval conflicts against hostile nations and pirates. Battle is turn-based, as players maneuver their ships on a grid-based play area; battles depict realistic canon fire, mild explosions, and sinking ships. Some commodities include tobacco and rum; text and song lyrics may also reference alcohol (e.g., “No evening without beer, rum and brawls”; “Usually we have to fill them with rum, drag them aboard and ship them off before they sober up again.”). The word “bastard” appears in the text.
