Kona

This is a survival adventure game in which players assume the role of a private detective investigating a mystery. From a first-person perspective, players explore forests around a lodge, search for clues, collect survival supplies, and fend off various animals (e.g., wolves). Players use pistols, rifles, and blunt weapons (e.g., crowbar) to attack enemies; ghostly wolves disappear when struck, while real wolves fall to the ground. Some sequences require players to inspect human corpses for clues; other sequences depict objects stained with blood (e.g., bed sheets, an empty grave, the player's hands after a car accident). During the course of the game, players' character can consume bottles of beer and briefly smoke cigarettes; one sequence requires players to make a type of whiskey in order to trade with another character.
