Mad Rat Dead

Mad Rat Dead is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, and Cartoon Violence. This is a rhythm-based platformer game in which players help a rat relive its final day to fulfill a dream. From a side-scrolling perspective, players move in time with the music to traverse platforms and perform dash attacks to defeat other rats. When players are killed, a bloody heart icon is depicted. The game contains some darker thematic elements: a girl hit by a car off-screen, resulting in a large streak of blood; a lab rat dissected in the foreground, exposing blood and organs; a sequence in which players can choose to kill or spare a human character.
