Rating Summary
No Straight Roads is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference, Fantasy Violence, and Language. This is a music-based action adventure game in which players help band members lead a musical revolution. Players attempt to free Vinyl City from a corrupt government by traversing and battling through musical districts. Players use each character's musical instruments (e.g. drums, guitar) as melee weapons and musical notes as ammo to defeat robots and boss characters. Battles are sometimes frenetic, with screen-shaking effects, explosions, and a hit-combo counter to tally damage. The dialogue contains a reference to alcohol (e.g., "Shall I go get the champagne?"), as well as the word “p*ssed.”
