Budget Cuts

This is a VR puzzle-action game in which players attempt to escape an office building that is automating its human work force for profit. From a first-person perspective, players use various tools (e.g., a grabber, a translocator, a magnifying glass) to navigate through the office and interact with objects. Players must avoid roaming security robots that shoot at players when detected. Players use stealth to avoid enemies and/or weapons (e.g., throwing knife, darts, scissors) to disable them. Robots react to damage by crying out in pain and/or emitting large splatters of black oil, which often stain the ground. Bystander robots (posing no threat) can also be stabbed. The word “bastard” appears in the game.
