Dungreed

Dungreed is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference, Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, and Simulated Gambling. This is an action game in which players assume the role of an adventurer who must prevent a town from being destroyed. From a side-scrolling perspective, players explore pixelated dungeons and use swords, spears, and guns to battle enemy creatures (e.g., skeletons, ghosts, lizard men). Combat can be frenetic, with screen-shaking effects, gunfire, and mild explosions. One weapon, a red sword, is accompanied by text that reads, “This scary-looking sword seems to be constantly dripping blood.” Players can order food/beverages (including beer) to increase their stats or gain certain power-ups. During the course of the game, players can put money into a slot-machine to switch/select from available items.
