SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Fantasy Violence, Language, and Partial Nudity. This is a strategy/role-playing game in which players control teams of humanoid mobile suits through various storylines and scenarios. Players engage in turn-based battles by moving war machines and robotic suits around a battlefield, then select attack moves. Characters use machine guns, lasers, cannons, and swords to attack enemies. Combat is highlighted by explosions, screen-shaking effects, and cries of pain. Cutscenes sometimes depict blood splattering from wounded mobile suits or dripping down wounded characters' faces. A handful of female characters are depicted with large amounts of their breasts exposed (light flares/glares obscure their nipples). The words “a*shole,” “pr*ck,” and “b*tch” appear in the dialogue.
