This is a dance-fitness game in which players perform cardio dance routines to a variety of songs. Players must accurately mirror the on-screen dancers' movements while moving their bodies in time with the music. Some song lyrics contain references/allusions to controlled substances in Spanish (e.g., "Que a ti no te vo'a pasar la hookah"; "Yo no soy high, soy como el Testarossa" [English translation: "we aren't gonna pass you the hookah"; "I'm not high, I'm like the Testarossa"]). The word "damn" is heard in English in one song.
