This is a role-playing game in which players control fighters as they battle monsters from an evil dimension. From a top-down perspective, players explore cities and kingdoms, perform various quests, and engage in turn-based battles against soldiers and creatures (e.g., wolves, goblins, demons). After selecting attack moves/spells from a menu, players can watch short animations of characters performing each action; characters use swords, arrows, axes, spears, and magic spells to defeat enemies. A handful of attacks result in brief spurts/sprays of blood. Some female enemies are depicted as small, partially nude figures, though with no discernible details (i.e., no nipples or genitalia). One quest relates to a crime organization dealing in drugs (e.g., “Ain't this grass used in drugs”; “Making money dealing drugs that poison both body and mind?”). The word “bastard” appears in the dialogue.
