Corpse Killer is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood, Strong Language, and Violence. This is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of a Marine attempting to stop an evil scientist from unleashing an army of zombies. As players move through a full-motion video format, they use knives, guns, and grenades to kill attacking zombies. The “on rails” action is highlighted by cries of pain, gunfire, and blood-splatter effects. The words "f**k" and “sh*t” can be heard during a behind-the-scenes featurette.
