The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Strong Language. This is an adventure game, based on the Walking Dead TV and comic-book franchise, in which players assume the role of Michonne as she tries to survive a zombie outbreak. As players progress through the story, they are presented with dialogue and action choices. These selections can sometimes lead to the death of characters and depictions of intense violence: a man's head exploding after being shot; zombies decapitated with machetes; a woman's arm hacked off before getting disemboweled by zombies. Players sometimes have the option to kill captives/enemies in peril or leave them to be eaten by zombies. Blood is frequently shown as characters are injured/killed; guts and viscera are sometimes depicted on zombies, victims, and corpses. The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” appear in the dialogue.
