Rating Summary
Guacamelee! One-Two Punch Collection is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Fantasy Violence, Language, Mild Blood, Suggestive Themes, and Use of Alcohol. This is a compilation of two action platformers in which players assume the role of a luchador (Juan) on a quest to save his girlfriend and the world. As players traverse side-scrolling environments, they travel between two worlds (the living and the dead) to perform challenges and battle supernatural enemies (e.g., skeletons, demons, spirit creatures). Players use punches, kicks, and wrestling maneuvers to defeat enemies in melee-style combat. In one sequence, blood is seen dripping from an injured character's face. The game contains some suggestive material in the dialogue (e.g., “Is your mother single?...Does she like bad boys?”; “Uhhh did you just say 'sacrificial virgin'? Haha…yaa…about that…”; “He is lonely and in need of some…Seriously…Heavy…Petting...Double entendres.”). In one sequence, a drunken character slurs his speech and consumes alcohol. The word “a*s” appears in the game.
