This is an adventure game in which players follow the story of a nurse (Kaori Sawai) working in a small town's hospital. Players watch Kaori interact with various characters and sometimes view/hear instances of violence: audio of a young girl hit by a car; a still image of a character lying in a small pool of blood. The game contains some sexual material: female characters in revealing attire (e.g., lingerie; an outfit described as "bondage wear"); suggestive dialogue (e.g., “Those large breasts, that tight waist, that raised hipline…”; "I'm your meat doll, Moe. Order me to do your bidding.”). A handful of scenes depict characters' bare buttocks or breasts, though without discernible detail (i.e., no nipples). One scene depicts two characters drinking cans of beer and briefly discussing drunkenness (e.g., "Let's have another toast!"; "Senpai, are you drunk already?").
