ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove!

This is an adventure game in which players help aliens Toe Jam and Earl collect pieces of their crashed spaceship. From a 3/4-overhead perspective, players explore floating islands, collect objects, and avoid various Earthling characters: Snotty Sick Kid, Yeti With a Pencil, Naked Man in a Box—no nudity depicted. Earthlings can hurt players and drain their life meters; players can attack Earthlings by throwing tomatoes at them and/or smacking them. The game contains several instances of crude humor: a character depicted with a slightly exposed buttocks (e.g., “plumber's crack”); items or game modes (e.g., Gassy Tummy, Easy Farty) that cause characters to vomit, belch, or emit flatulence (accompanied by a green gas cloud).
