Rating Summary
This is a survival-horror game in which players assume the role of a man searching for his wife in a mysterious building. From a first-person perspective, players explore rooms and hallways, collect items/tools, and evade menacing ghosts and ghouls. A ghost/apparition pursues players during several sequences; if caught, the ghost stabs players' character repeatedly. Large bloodstains are depicted on floors, walls, and clothing. One creature is briefly depicted nude, with its genitals (i.e., penis, testicles) exposed. The word “f**k” appears in the dialogue.
