Rating Summary
This is an adventure game, set in the Minecraft universe, in which players assume the role of Jessie and her friends on a quest to save their home. As players progress through the story, they are presented with dialogue and action choices that frequently lead to combat against monsters. The depiction of violence is highly stylized, as characters resemble “cartoony” block-like figures. Players use swords and other weapons to battle fantastical creatures (e.g., zombies, stone creatures, spiders) and other human characters in melee-style combat. Enemies generally disappear amid puffs of smoke when defeated; damage to the player's character is indicated by grunting sound effects and/or the screen flashing red.
