Rating Summary
This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of a journalist on a religious mission in modern-day Japan. From a first-person perspective, players traverse labyrinths and engage in combat against fantastical enemies (e.g., demons, angels, evil deities). Characters use swords, magic spells, and firearms to defeat enemies in turn-based combat. Battles are accompanied by colorful light effects, cries of pain, and small blood-splatter effects; blood sometimes appears on characters' clothing. Some female characters and creatures wear low-cut outfits that expose large amounts of cleavage; dialogue also references suggestive material (e.g., “Just go fondle each other or something,” “Your partner has big boobs,” and “I'll shove my extra large love in ya!”). The game includes some alcohol references (e.g., “But I was pretty drunk,” “You've been lured here by the scent of alcohol,” “I was drunk, so I thought I just imagined it…”); one character is always shown smoking a cigarette. The words “sh*t” and “a*shole” are heard in the game.
