Rating Summary
This is an adventure-platformer in which players assume the role of a colorful blob on a quest to free the inhabitants of colorless cities. As players traverse and color the environment, they must avoid various hazards (e.g., oil slicks and ink turrets) while smashing enemy creatures (e.g., "Inkies") into ink stains on the ground. The storyline sometimes contains darker thematic elements: a few sequences require players to choose between pursuing the game's antagonist and rescuing small blob characters from exploding domes. Cutscenes also depict characters that belch or emit ink with flatulence sound effects.
