Code: Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~ is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Drug Reference, Language, Mild Violence, and Suggestive Themes. This is an interactive story game (i.e., visual novel) in which players follow the story of a girl and her suitors as they search for clues about her mysterious condition. As players progress through the narrative, still-image cutscenes sometimes depict characters slashed with swords, stabbed, or shot; these scenes are highlighted by impact and slashing sounds. A handful of sequences depict characters with bloodstained clothing and/or bloody wounds. The game contains some suggestive material: a still image of a man caressing a woman in bed; several scenes of a couple kissing; dialogue such as “I wonder what he meant by 'naughty games'”; “It's rude of me to stare at a woman's chest.” Dialogue also references drugs: “There's no point in stopping the drug dealing and getting evidence”; “A white powdery drug, that looks similar to salt and sugar;” “Is he on drugs or something…?!” The words “sh*t” and “a*shole” appear in the dialogue.
