This is a basketball simulation game in which players can select teams from real NBA rosters, compete in tournaments, and play through regular seasons. The game includes several cutscenes portraying the fictional lifestyles and narratives of players; some of these scenes involve bathroom humor: characters commenting on a man emitting flatulence (e.g., “...I don't know if I can ignore the smell” and “Yo, that smells like sewage pipes had a baby with sour milk”); dialogue pertaining to a toilet (e.g., “...This fancy Japanese toilet tries to spray water in my booty, man!").
