This is a side-scrolling action platformer featuring characters and storylines from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Players can select one of several heroes (i.e., the four Turtles, Splinter, Casey Jones) to navigate platform environments and battle enemies in melee-style combat. Characters use swords, staffs, baseball bats, and occasional laser blasters to defeat various enemies (e.g. humans, robots, aliens). Enemies usually blink/disappear when defeated.
