Rating Summary
Mystical Realms is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Drug Reference, Mild Violence, and Suggestive Themes. This is a collection of 20 hidden-object adventure games that involve supernatural mysteries. Players solve puzzles and search for specific items among screens of hidden objects to advance the storylines. Some games contain depictions of corpses that can occasionally be graphic: a bloodstained corpse with its throat cut; a battlefield covered in soldiers' bodies. Violence is sometimes present in cutscenes and is generally brief: a clown and a sack character using energy blasts and a magical sword against each other; a war flashback showing a mine exploding, throwing soldiers into the air. Some games depict blood stains or pools of blood. During the course of the game, text descriptions and dialogue contain suggestive references (e.g., “This demon looks like a male stripper! . . . He was a notorious gigolo and lady-killer,” and “How many nurses did he entice?”); a succubus character is depicted in a revealing skin-tight outfit, appearing in drawings and during gameplay. The game also includes a brief reference to drugs (e.g., “That's a table for making drugs . . . someone used it to cook up experimental psychotropics!”).
