Grim Façade: Mystery of Venice and Grim Façade: Sinister Obsession is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference, Blood, Use of Tobacco, and Violence. This is a collection of two hidden-object adventure games in which players follow a detective on various adventures. Players solve puzzles and search through screens filled with jumbled objects to advance each storyline. Some sequences contain dark thematic elements and various acts of violence: a woman is tied above an open pyre and used as a human sacrifice; a man is depicted bleeding after being shot; a corpse is depicted inside a large wine cask. Some sequences also depict objects speckled with blood (e.g., journals, scalpels, razors). Some puzzles require players to collect wine or pour wine into container in order to progress. One sequence depicts a character smoking a cigar.
